Restrictions on Intellectual Property:

- Architects and project engineers may review dimensions for preliminary drafting; however, Makel Elevator retains ownership of all proprietary elevator engineering data.

The elevator specifications presented on this website (passenger capacity, speed [m/s], pit depth, headroom, cabin interior finishes, motor kW power, and door clearance dimensions) are provided for general informational and preliminary layout purposes only.
Elevator installations are subject to strict building codes, seismic regulations, fire norms, and on-site shaft inspections (EN 81-20/50 standards). No information on this website shall be construed as a binding engineering guarantee or construction blueprint. Official calculations, customized layout drawings, and binding price quotes are issued solely through formal signed contracts by Makel Elevator’s engineering division.
